In order to generate a searchable PDF from a PostScript document the
glyph names must follow Adobe's convention. This patch adds the
appropriate glyph names for the "Format 1" glyphs (index 0 to 257) so
that the standard ASCII characters (plus some extras) are supported.
With this change OrCAD 16.6 can auto-generate a searchable PDF from a
schematic.

Full Unicode support could potentially be added by parsing the
documentation available at:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/aglfn.adobe/files/
However, before doing so we would need to confirm that the license of
this documentation is compatible with Wine's license.
