[PATCH 1/5] mpr: Implement local name automatic redirection for disks. (try 5)

Sorry for the extra resend... It fixes a bug discovered while testing
WNetUseConnection outputs. In case of automatic redirection, instead of
returning the letter used for local redirection, the implementation was
returning the letter before. This is now fixed with this new iteration
of the patch.
