[PATCH] [preloader] Add proper CFI instructions to _start functions

This tells debuggers not to attempt to unwind past these functions,
since they are entry points. Mostly for aesthetic reasons, but some
tools rely on proper stack termination to function correctly (e.g.
when merging stack traces from profiles).
