For Witcher 3.

Offtopic, question for the d3d guys;
Should shader_glsl_atomic handle also imm_atomic_* ops, or did you plan 
to add a separate func for those?
The game uses imm_atomic_iadd in many places. I'll send the patch for it 
later.
