[PATCH] mpr: enumerate connections capability before looking for functions entry points

Hi,

This patch notably fixes VBoxSF properly working without adding a
connection. It means you can browse its contents (using UNC path)
without adding a connection. Before this, it wasn't possible, because
the VBoxSF didn't receive the "start" IOCTL from the NP.
Sorry for the resend, I had forgotten to sign-off the patch.
