[PATCH 2/2] mscoree: Implement ICorRuntimeHost::CreateDomain{, Ex}(). (try 5)

Try 5:
* Add back tests (at Alexandre's request), but don't build them for 64-bit Wine.
* Add another test, suggested by Vincent, to make sure the created domain objects are distinct.
* Call System.AppDomain:get_Id virtually. This makes the proxy magic work instead of bypassing it altogether.
