[PATCH try2]: Add stub for RtlAddAuditAccessObjectAce and forward to AddAuditAccessObjectAce in advapi32

try 2: forward a stubbed RtlAddAuditAccessObjectAce to
advapi32.AddAuditAccessObjectAce.

I`ll send other two stubs later if i know this is the right way to go
