[PATCH v5] ntdll/tests: Check debug registers of a newly created thread

A newly created thread shouldn't have debug registers set.

v3: Zero-initialize structure. (This were in the dropped part)
v4: Don't let NtSetContextThread fail because the "wrong" bits of Dr7 are set.
v5: Explicitly terminate thread.
