[1/4] wrc: Add support for translating version info through po files. (resend)

Due to the following reason, it requires context prefix.
 - as we include wine_common_ver.rc, pot file shows its line number,
   not original version.rc one.
 - we don't have to translate version string, copyright text, etc.
