The check is wrong (GL_POINT_SPRITE_COORD_ORIGIN was introduced in
OpenGL 2.0) but, rather than fixing it, it seems better to kill it
entirely since it doesn't add anything (notice that there is a warn
in psorigin_w() already, that one could be potentially improved).
