[PATCH 2/4] d3d9/tests: Make test_reset more resilient against DPI scaling (v2).

My Windows system uses a custom DPI scaling of 172% (=165 DPI). This
makes Windows give this test a window with a size of 204x150 instead
of the requested 200x150. Odd, but not really the concern of this test.

Version 2: Update the explanation. This isn't caused by Nvidia, but by
DPI scaling.

The other size tests in this test pass an explicit backbuffer size, so the
window size doesn't matter.
