I've checked in a change to avoid stale patches by pinning
incoming patches to the git revision current as of when
the patch was received.  This should get rid of the heap
of git failures that happen when the bots get behind
(happening a lot lately since I'm running trunk builds
hourly and haven't turned Austin's bot back on).

I also disabled patch attachments, since some of them are
so large they bounce.
