60 seconds turns out to not be enough.  Raised to five minutes.
We'll have to find the slow tests and speed them up.

Noticed that Juan uses (13/13), we don't parse that yet, I wonder if
testbot does.

Happened again on my machine, no nice stacktrace.  Blacklisted.

It did!  Turns out it was qmgr.  Blacklisted.

Rewinding master to yesterday morning, let's see how it does again.
