- raised limit on size of patches from default 640K to 2MB
- tweaked error message filter a bit more so emailed error summaries
are more complete
- added and then removed mac and cygwin slaves (they're not ready for
prime time yet)
- removed Austin's slave for the moment
- re-enabled email to http://www.winehq.org/mailman/listinfo/wine-tests-results
- reset master to re-run everything since Friday morning (the runs
on my slaves were all good, iirc, just giving them another chance to screw up)
