Hallo Teemu,

please quote first, editinig away unneeed parts, then put your text.

Why don't you want to cross compile? Get Cygwin/Mingw for Linux and you can
run the compilation from the linux command line.
Start at http://sources.redhat.com/cygwin/

However I use mingw, as it doen't need a special runtime dll:

http://mingw.sourceforge.net/

Bye
