Nesticle?

Hello, all.  Okay - I *know* for a fact that people have gotten the
DirectX version of Nesticle running under WINE - but I can't for the
life of me manage it.  The closest I've come is getting the Nesticle
"window" (it's not really a full-fledged window, with widgets and stuff
- just a rectangle in the corner of the screen.  Does anyone know a way
to get around that?) to appear, but the refreshes aren't synched or
something - the "window" just flickers unbearably.  Here are the errors
that display when I run wine:
