Cannot even compile Wine

You may try looking at 
ftp://vadu.com/pub/scripto/helpful/nwc-under-wine.tar.gz. This seems to 
need patches which won't help me since Wine doesn't compile on my Caldera 
system (see another thread about that), maybe someone can put these patches 
in?
