Vb apps most often require typelib registration that is not
working with current Wine. If you can get your 'native' oleaut32.dll
to work, it should be able to register your ocx. But with  recent
versions of Windows, it's more difficult to use the Ms libraries.
In any case, it's often necessary to use many native libraries when
you try to use one.
