It's the X clipboard. I don't know if there is really something
specific about the clipboard in KDE, but Wine don't interface
with KDE in a specific way at the clipboard level IIRC.

Putting 

[Clipboard]
"ClearAllSelections" = "1"

in your config file should solve it ;-)
