Ignoring one config file, loading another.

I have installed Wine on a Linux box with no Windows partitions. 
Every time I run Wine I get the error:

Warning: configuration loaded by the server from
'/home/buckt/.wine/config',
         file '/home/buckt/.winerc' was ignored.


If I'm running simple things like winmine.exe it runs fine.  I'm
wondering what exactly is wrong and if it will cause problems when I
start trying to run more complex programs.
