Transgaming, Install Shield, and the dead horse

Something has indeed changed w.r.t. InstallShield in the
Transgaming patch, because the Resident Evil 3 demo installer
now gets somewhat further.  It then makes a couple of complaints
about 'typelib' and quits without a successful installation,
though.
