USB Communication in Wine

Greetings, all.

I have an Agfa ePhoto CL18 USB digital still camera. Unfortunately,
there is no application available for this camera for Linux. I realise
that WINE cannot act as a substitute for kernel-based USB drivers, but I
have USB support enabled in my kernel (2.2.18). Would WINE be able to
run the Windows software for the camera and communicate with it using
the USB support in my Linux kernel? Or is this something that is yet to
be implemented?
