Read Motion Counters? Well, that's outside the "reasonably well" scope for
the moment... but basic mouse functionality is supposed to work.

I don't have DOTT at the moment... not available at abandonware sites last
time I checked, it seems, and I found too many other classics at those
abandonware sites to bother looking for oldwarez
