Hi:
I can't get Red Alert (The old version, not Red Alert II) to work with wine.
This is suprising since the Apps
database on winehq.com has three entries that say Red Alert works.
For me the screen goes black and stays that way. I get out of it by killing
X witn Ctrl-Alt-Backspace.
This the the error output from wine:
Invoking /opt/wine/bin/wine.bin /WIN95/westwood/redalert/ra95.exe ...
Warning: Cannot allocate colormap entry for "grey"

If it matters, my WIN95 partition is Windows Me. And, I using CodeWeavers
version of wine:
codeweavers-wine-20010112-1.i386.rpm
Did something change since the entries into the winehq database? Or, am I
doing something wrong?
Thanks, George
