ars - remedy

Hi 

Please help , does anyone out there have the ARS ( action request system)  user program
from remedy corp. working under wine ?

i have tried several versions and from previous experience the older
versions ie 3.XX seems to be the best , however it gives me a "cannot
initialize locale error" on starting up the client.

i had this error previously and on the "old" app database they had faqs
on how to solve this , but i see on the new app database ARS has been
omitted  !!!!!!!!!!!

from what i can remember there is a file i have to create for this locale
story !
