Compiler err compiling latest CVS

Using bash:
  export CVSROOT=:pserver:cvs at cvs.winehq.com:/home/wine
  cd ~/packages/CVS/wine
  cvs upd -A

Checked out wine (after finding this error):
  export CVSROOT=:pserver:cvs at cvs.winehq.com:/home/wine
  cd ~/packages/CVS
  cvs co wine

doing "find ~/packages/CVS/wine -iname '*glu32*'" delivers only
"/home/xch4008/packages/CVS/wine/tools/winapi_check/win32/glu32.api"

but should give me the driectory if it where there. Looking at CVSWeb I 
found it. But I couldn't check it out!
