Damn itcl to hell.

Unfortunately installing itcl via the Software Manager still fails. The
version it installs is 'itcl-8.3.3-5mdk.i586.rpm'.

It seems to me that even though itcl is being installed it is misconfigured
or is otherwise hidden from the winesetup script.

Has anyone seen this before?
