Wine + Windows 2000???

Is Wine compatible with Windows 2000?  Perhaps that is the cause of my 
problems.  Even though my applications will run under any version of 
Windows, perhaps problems are being caused by having the Windows 2000 
system on the disk instead of Win 9x.  (Things such as a different 
registry and other things about which only Wine developers are savvy.)
