I'm running all my test apps with almost empty windows and system directories.
There are only dlls copied there by installation program. I didn't try 'Save',
but 'Open' works perfectly for me.

Except annoying tool windows disappearance after maximizing or minimizing/restoring
main window. Only way to avoid that pain is to use desktop mode.
