WinExec long pause and IsWindow failure

Thanks Gerard

Does "for now" mean "we intend changing it at some point in the near
future" or "maybe someday soemone will do something about it; it isn't that
important"?  I'd like to know in order to decide on how hard to work on a
workaround.
