Quickbooks Pro works on Corel Wine

I don't know anything about the Corel wine, but check your config file,
which apparently is

/usr/lib/corel/etc/user.wpo2000/wine.conf

Assuming it has a section like:

; Allow the window manager to manage created windows
"Managed" = "N"

Try changing that to "Y", and see if you can now open both programs.
