I'm sorry, my mistake. I've uploaded a version at

that

a) includes the sourcecode
b) does only need

KERNEL32.DLL
MSVCRT.DLL

The former is part of WINE, the latter the Micros~1 runtime dll. If
you don't have that one, there is a build that ONLY needs the
KERNEL32.DLL:
