Yes, that's the same thing I'm using and now I have the problem again. I 
re-installed notes last night trying to solve another problem 
(replication) and now when I run Notes, the setup screen comes up but 
the buttons don't function. I'll send the debug output to Gerard as 
requested in this thread.
