If you will do an

osversioncheck --winver nt40

you will see

MajorVersion: 4
MinorVersion: 0
BuildNumber: 0x565
Platform: Win32 on Windows NT/Windows 2000
CSDVersion: 'Service Pack 6'

If you built <wine>/programs, that is.
