In this case it is a bad config problem.
Why do you remove all Fixme messages then ?
That's the moment where you should see more
error messages, not less.

Try to launch wine without the -fixme flag.
If no interesting message comes up, run with
-debugmsg +relay and post the 200 lines before
the strange GetDesktopWindow line.
