You can download a sample config file  from
www.winehq.com (see Wine development -
source tree browsing - pick one of the 2
cvs repositories - then browse to wine/
documentation/samples/config

The file needs tweaking but no more than
in most cases with rpm I think.

You can also get the full source and compile
the thing yourself - recommanded with an
alpha software.
