A bad one ;-)

It's being output in memory/local.c in case a local heap function
is called with an invalid memory handle.
This might either be caused by invalid calls to Windows functions
or by invalid calls from within other Wine code.

wine --debugmsg +relay,+local could help in debugging this problem.
