Segfaults, winebuild, and glibc 2.2.3

Note to all who may also be having this problem: If you uninstall gcc for
any reason, reinstall binutils AFTER INSTALLING GCC before trying to compile
wine.  I uninstalled gcc 2.96 when I thought gcc 3.1 would work.  Well,
I was wrong.  So I reinstalled gcc 2.96.  That didn't work, either.  So
I reinstalled binutils and it's working fine.  Hope this helps someone else
besides me.
