How do I run something as root under Windows/WINE?

You mean... running WINE as root?  Why?

Installing  some JARs?   Aren't  they just  files  installed into  the
virtual drives  that WINE emulates?   If so, why  root?  As long  as I
have all permissions to that  emulated drive, why would root privilege
be necessary?
