Wine and cyrillic input and output ?

Sorry 4 for this "trio". It's all because of sendmail (and partly of hands:) 
I wrote a letter while being offline in KMail, then some minutes later it was 
automatically send (still being offline), but I didn't expect sendmail 
sending it when I've get connected, so the I sent it manually.

Having any ideas 'bout the last config?
