Half-Life, wine & GeForce2 GO

Hi everybody,

I tried today to install and play Half Life under wine on a toshiba satellite
3000-400 with an nvidia geforce2 go graphic card and an integrated sound card
(i810).

I downloaded both wine and winex from the CVS repositories, and compiled them
with opengl support without any problem.

I tried to install half life. winex hung when testing the wave sound
output, and wine worked without any problem.

I then tried to play half life. Once again winex wasn't very successful
(crash in ntdll.dll before the HL menu gets displayed), and wine went a
little bit further. I got it to display the menu, but when I tried to start
the game wine segfaulted in libGL.so (with the 2312 version of the nvidia
drivers), or in ntdll.dll (with the newest version of their drivers - 2802).

I tried running it using software rendering, but I then got an infinite loop
of sound errors (err:wave:wodUpdatePlayedTotal IOCTL can't
'SNDCTL_DSP_GETOSPACE').

I have XFree 4.1.0 installed, witha 2.4.16 kernel and OSS sound drivers. I
made sure that wine uses the nvidia OpenGL libs.

Could anyone help me ?
Thanks in advance.
