How do I go about this

Hey guys,
Thanks for your help so far.
1) I upgraded to 7.3 (from 7.2), that seems to have
affected some things. My kernel does not seem to
include NTFS support as best I can tell.
2) I was unable to find any such directory to
/usr/src/linux-2.x.x directory after installing the
kernel-development packages.
