Quicken - Registration wants Internet Explorer

I want Quicken to believe that it is registered. When it believes that
it is registered, it then never pops up IE again. It only requires IE
for the registration process.

Any path to making Quicken believe it is registered would probably work.

I do not want to run IE, or really even install it just to get around
this.
