Strange behaviour in BloodShed Dev C++ (commdlg)

The program is free download at
http://ftp1.sourceforge.net/dev-cpp/devcpp4.zip

When I try to create a new project and want to save a
new file, I'm told that the file doesn't exist.

I have all permissions to write in the directory
I selected.

A --debugmsg +file shows that there is no attempt to
create the file (I entered "main" as a name)
I attached a --debugmsg +commdlg log.
Wine ver:last CVS, RH 7.2
