problem installing WINE on Mandrake v8.2 - confirm with textutils

AFAICS the problem is not that our utility and the
platform utility have the same name - the problem is
Wine was installed in /usr/bin - the same directory
where the native utility is. Usually Wine is installed
in /usr/local/bin and we do not see any issues with
that.
