what do you do when you run a setp program and it gives you the message "A previous installation has not completed. Please restart Windows to finish the installation."? This is left over from my installing Office 2000, which doesn't work anyway (under 20020605) and i'm attempting to installing Internet Explorer 5. any ideas?
