You can't do this - see what [Drive XX ] specifies:
> ;; [Drive X]
> ;; "Path"="xxx"       (Unix path for drive root)

this must be the unix path, in your case this should be
/usr/share/wine-c/windows/temp

> [Drive E]
> "Path" = "c:\\windows\\temp"
