That is nothing to do with the registry file and simple enough to fix.

It means that you still have a so entry in a load order definition in your 
.wine/config file. Only native and builtin are supported now. I have 
commented elsewhere that I thought that message was rather unhelpful - I 
think I had to grep through the code for it to work out what it meant.
