If you have a windows license, you need to download dcom98 from this link
http://www.microsoft.com/com/dcom/dcom98/download.asp
if you don't have a windows license, wine can't run the setup for you. In this
case, you can install the software on a computer running windows, and move the
files on to your pc,this won't work as a correct installation, but if the
software doesn't complain too much about missing registry entries, it might work.
