Error installing from port

[James Bowling]

I am getting this error everytime I try to install from ports that says
there is an error in line 69 or sql.y....the line only has this in it:
 
%pure-parser
 
What do I need to do?  I am running FreeBSD 4.8-RELEASE in case you were
wondering.
